What is The Visibility Vault?

The Visibility Vault is a monthly class-based membership program (not 1:1 coaching) designed to help ambitious Latinas and women of color build visibility as a skill. Using the V7 Framework—positioning, communication, storytelling, presence, networking, influence, and amplification—you’ll learn how to show up with courage, confidence, and consistency.

How often do we meet?

We meet twice a month on Fridays at 1:00 PM EST:

1st Friday → Masterclass (led by Ruby or a guest expert)
3rd Friday → Community Call (connection, accountability, Q&A, and live practice)

You’ll also have access to a replay library so you can catch up anytime.

Is this coaching or a class?

This is a class-based membership, not private coaching. Each session is structured to teach you a specific visibility skill and give you practical tools you can apply right away. Coaching and deeper transformation are offered inside Ruby’s premium program, Woman Warrior Within.
